Booking Terms & Conditions

Villa Leoni

These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all direct reservations made through the Villa Leoni website or via direct communication.

1. General

Villa Leoni provides private accommodation services in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

A reservation becomes binding once written confirmation is issued to the guest.


2. Reservation and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid credit card or approved payment method is required to secure a booking.

Prices are stated in euros.

Payment terms and any required deposit are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

All payments are processed securely in accordance with applicable regulations.


3. Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings made through the Villa Leoni website:

  • Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to the check-in date with a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

All cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing via email.


4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 2:30 PM

Check-out: until 10:30 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.


5. Tourist Tax

In accordance with Croatian law, guests are required to pay tourist tax.

Children under 12 years of age are exempt.

Children aged 12 to 18 receive a 50 percent reduction.

The tourist tax amount is shown separately on the invoice or booking confirmation.


6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information required for the reservation.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

House rules must be respected at all times.


7. Property Rights

Villa Leoni reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund if house rules are violated or if guest behavior endangers the property or other guests.

Villa Leoni reserves the right to cancel a reservation and refund the guest in full in case of extraordinary circumstances beyond its control.


8. Scope of Service

The accommodation service includes lodging only, as specified in the booking confirmation.

Villa Leoni does not operate as a travel agency and does not provide tours, transfers, or excursions as part of the accommodation contract.


9. Complaints and Disputes

Guests may submit complaints in writing via email or in person during their stay.

Villa Leoni will respond within 15 days.

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

The competent court shall be the court in Dubrovnik.

Online dispute resolution is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


10. Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed solely for reservation and accommodation purposes, in accordance with the Villa Leoni Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.


By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Booking Terms and Conditions in full.
